Confirm the exhibition categories and booth requirements (match according to the exhibition area, specify the booth type, specifications, and whether double openings are needed) Contact the organizer (communicate the intention to exhibit through the aforementioned phone number, email, or dedicated contact person) Submit the application for participation and relevant qualification materials Confirm the booth and fees, complete payment and signing Cooperate with the organizer to complete subsequent matters such as booth allocation and construction coordination
Participation Considerations
Booth reservation: For double-entrance booths, an additional 20% of the booth fee is required. After booking, please promptly confirm the booth location and related configurations with the organizer. Raw space setup: Exhibitors who choose indoor raw space must bear the setup costs themselves and must also pay the construction site management fee to the exhibition hall construction management office. Specific standards can be consulted with the organizer. Exhibits compliance: Exhibits must comply with the exhibition category scope and relevant national import and export, quality and safety standards. It is strictly prohibited to bring non-compliant products into the venue
